It used to be good for kids and for adults, but now it's half empty, and most things there are overpriced by comparison with cartlandia or any other cart pods. A friend used to have a cart here and their rent more than doubled, which must be the reason vendors have to charge so much. Even beer is priced way too high, which I assume is an attempt to make up for lost rent revenue. Too bad, I used to love this place.

There are no issues with a greedy landlord. We have 3 carts moving and honestly have had only one cart move out recently due to not finding employees in the valley that want to work :). We at HVS are here to stay and love our environment. We have 13 carts and soon to be at 16 and that’s good for us. We are always open to others but we always say “ if you can’t say anything nice don’t say it all”
